Registered CPA Firm Process
- Start the registration process by completing the form below.
- We will inquire of additional information and get you set up with a username and password once your firm is approved to bid.
- You will log-in to the CPA Marketplace auction site and can review the listing of current projects up for bid.
- If you find a project that interests you, enter a proposal with bid amount and additional information of your firm.
- The subject company reviews the bids and selects a firm.
- Crowdfund CPA works with the subject company to assemble the financial records to an auditor friendly format and compile fully GAAP compliant financial statements. Once all information is prepared we will upload to a secure site where the selected CPA firm can access and audit the information. Throughout the audit process Crowdfund CPA serves as a liaison between company management and the CPA firm, reducing the translation error between the financial experts and entrepreneur.
